Paragliding in Marrakech: Panoramic Flight over the Atlas Mountains

Tandem paragliding near Marrakech lets you fly without any training: you are harnessed to a certified professional pilot who handles the take-off, the flight and the landing. The take-off area lies outside the city near the Atlas Mountains, and from the air you look down on mountains, valleys and Berber villages.

A vehicle collects you from your hotel or riad in Marrakech and drives you to the flying site. The team meets you there, explains the safety rules and fits your equipment, which takes about 20 minutes. The flight lasts 15 to 25 minutes depending on the weather, and after landing you are driven back to your accommodation. With the transfers, the outing takes about 3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and conditions.

The minimum age is 18, and the activity is not allowed for pregnant women. When you book, write each flyer's weight in the Comment box so the team can plan the flights. Wear closed shoes. No experience is required, and the flight is suitable for beginners.

Flights can be booked between 10:00 and 18:00. Choose your date and time, enter the number of flyers and send the request. If your hotel is more than 10 km from the city centre, add the 100 MAD transport supplement, charged once per booking. The local team confirms the flight and the pickup, and you pay on site on the day. Cancellation is free.
